Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ascend Group (“Ascend”, “we”, “us”) handles information through ascendsecrets.com and the Ascend Ad Dashboard, including information obtained through Google APIs.

1. Information we collect or access

Depending on how you use our website or dashboard, we may collect or access:

• Account information: your name, email address, Google account identifier, and authentication details supplied by Google when you choose to sign in.
• Google Ads information: the customer accounts you authorize, campaign and ad metadata, budgets, costs, clicks, impressions, conversions, and related performance reporting data.
• Information you provide: messages, support requests, business details, and other information you submit directly.
• Technical information: security, diagnostic, and usage logs such as timestamps, browser type, IP address, and error events.

2. How we use information

We use information only to operate and improve the services you request. This includes authenticating users, connecting authorized Google Ads accounts, displaying and analysing advertising performance, producing reports, troubleshooting, maintaining security, providing support, and meeting legal obligations.

The current Ascend Ad Dashboard is intended for reporting and operational analysis. We do not take action in a Google Ads account unless an authorized user explicitly requests and approves that action through a feature designed for that purpose.

3. Google API data and Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only permissions needed for visible dashboard features and use Google data only to provide or improve those features.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, surveillance, or sale to data brokers. Human access is limited to authorized support, security, legal, or operational needs, or where you have given permission.

4. When information may be shared

We may share information only with:

• service providers that host, secure, analyse, or support the service under confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• people or organizations you explicitly authorize to receive reports or collaborate on your account;
• authorities or advisers when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction with appropriate notice and consent where required.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to people and systems that need it for the purposes described above.

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups before scheduled deletion.

6. Your choices and deletion requests

You may disconnect Google access through your Google Account permissions at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct, export, or delete information we control, subject to legal exceptions. Disconnecting access stops new collection but does not automatically remove information we must retain lawfully.

7. International processing

Ascend is based in Singapore. Our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change affects how previously authorized Google data is used.
